XFIT is functional fitness for all fitness levels and all ages. Using varied workouts to get your heart rate pumping, training at intervals and challenging you out of your comfort zone working at your own pace. We use bodyweight and weights to achieve these goals, every session is different so you never know what to expect.
Times – Mon and wed 5:10am and 5pm Fri 5.10am (closed for winter but we do offer it )
