I have been in the sports environment for the past 13 years, dealing with numerous gnarling injuries from time to time and finding the correct methodologies toward holistic balance, rehab and understanding the bodyu2019s mechanisms.u00a0 This is where I have truly gained extensive practical knowledge, experience and understanding of how we perform in body, mind, and soul.u00a0 The key areas that I enjoy specializing in are:
